Fostering Dual Green and Digital Transitions through Education and Innovation in Neighbourhood East, Central Asia, and Asia
GreenTech Horizons is an Erasmus+ project dedicated to driving the twin green and digital transition in Neighbourhood East, Central Asia, and Asia, with a focus on Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Mongolia. Running from November 2024 to October 2027, the project modernizes curricula, builds a competency-based learning ecosystem, and develops an advanced eLearning platform to equip universities and industries with the skills for a sustainable, digitally-driven future.
At its core, GreenTech Horizons strengthens collaboration between higher education, industry, and policymakers, leveraging the Talent Triangle Model—a framework integrating digital, green, and strategic business skills. Through interdisciplinary cooperation and innovation, the project enhances higher education, sustainability, and economic resilience across its target regions.
