GreenTech Horizons was presented at the “Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society Matchmaking Event” in London, organised by Crowdhelix and SOAS University of London. The event brought together representatives of universities, research organisations, businesses, NGOs, and policy stakeholders to exchange project ideas and connect potential partners within Horizon Europe Cluster 2.

European Academy showcased GreenTech Horizons as part of its project portfolio, highlighting its contribution to developing green, digital, and business competencies. Particular attention was given to the role of education in preparing learners, educators, and institutions for the changes associated with the twin green and digital transition.

Thematic discussions and networking conversations introduced the project’s competence-based curriculum model, e-learning ecosystem, massive open online courses (MOOCs), and open educational resources. These exchanges emphasised the importance of connecting educational approaches with labour-market needs, lifelong learning, and the modernisation of higher education.

The event provided opportunities to exchange perspectives with organisations working in sustainability education, the circular economy, digital learning, and green innovation. During informal discussions, participants expressed interest in combining green, digital, and business skills and in practical models for integrating them into education.

Participation strengthened the international visibility of GreenTech Horizons and helped establish contacts for future knowledge exchange, dissemination, and collaboration. These activities were further supported by news and social media posts on European Academy’s website and LinkedIn channel.
