The Competency Framework is a blueprint that defines the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for professionals in green and digital industries. Developed through collaboration with universities and businesses, this framework ensures that graduates acquire relevant and practical skills to thrive in a rapidly evolving job market.

🔹 Includes at least 30 competencies categorized into:
✔️ Green skills – Sustainable energy management, environmental impact assessment, circular economy practices.
✔️ Digital skills – Green computing, AI for sustainability, digital transformation in energy and manufacturing.
✔️ Business acumen – Project management, sustainable entrepreneurship, and innovation leadership.

This framework will serve as the foundation for course development and will be aligned with both European and national qualification frameworks to ensure recognition across different educational and professional systems.
