The Strategic Workshops held at the UITM Campus in Kielnarowa brought together a diverse group of university stakeholders to explore key priorities shaping the institution’s future, with a strong focus on green, digital, and silver transformation.
Bringing stakeholders together for strategic dialogue
The workshops gathered academic and teaching staff, administrative personnel, early-career professionals, senior experts, and managers, creating a dynamic and inclusive environment for discussion. The main goal was to strengthen social awareness of sustainability and identify opportunities to integrate green and digital competencies into education, training, and institutional practices.
