Online session highlights the role of education and innovation in advancing digital governance and sustainability

The GR digiGOV-innoHUB Weekly Governance Forum, held online, brought together experts from across the public, private, and research sectors to discuss innovation in digital governance and public administration.

A platform for digital governance and collaboration

Organized by the European Digital Innovation Hub for Digital Governance, the forum serves as a weekly meeting space for knowledge exchange on forward-looking initiatives aligned with EU priorities such as transparency, interoperability, and sustainability.

During this session, European Academy delivered a dedicated presentation showcasing its portfolio of EU-funded projects, with a particular focus on the GreenTech Horizons project and its contribution to sustainable and digitally enabled governance.

Strengthening the GreenTech Horizons impact

The session gathered around 70 participants, including policymakers, academic representatives, digital governance experts, and innovation stakeholders. The GreenTech Horizons project received positive feedback, particularly for its role in bridging green and digital skills gaps and fostering collaboration between academia and industry.

Participants highlighted the relevance of scalable, open learning formats and expressed strong interest in following the project’s progress and accessing future educational resources.

The event also ensured strong dissemination through official communication channels, including the GR digiGOV-innoHUB platform and European Academy networks, further expanding the visibility of GreenTech Horizons among key European stakeholders.
