GreenTech Horizons Presented at the PM² Training Academy in Novi Sad
During the two-day PM² Training Academy, held at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad in Novi Sad, the GreenTech Horizons project was presented as a key initiative promoting dual green and digital transitions through education and innovation in the Eastern Partnership, Central Asia, and East Asia regions.

The Academy was organized as part of the Jean Monnet project “Enhancing PM² Skills and Competences for EU Project Management,” by the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, the Project Management Study Module, and the Academic Center for Sustainable Development. It gathered more than 45 participants—students, researchers, and professionals—who actively engaged in knowledge exchange and strengthening their project management skills.

A Focus on Sustainable Project Management
Throughout the sessions, participants explored key phases of the PM² methodology—from defining project goals and stakeholder engagement to risk management and results evaluation. Within this context, the GreenTech Horizons project was presented as an example of a real-life initiative applying EU tools to manage complex, international efforts in green transition, education, and innovation.
The project was highlighted as a case study bridging theory and practice, showing how European methodologies like PM² contribute to achieving sustainability goals and digital transformation through educational institutions, research centers, and international partnerships.
Experience Sharing, and Support Networks
Participants expressed strong interest in topics connecting project management with the green agenda, digitalization, and interdisciplinary approaches. The presence of GreenTech Horizons at this event reinforced its role as a bridge between education, research, and practical solutions for sustainable futures.
