The GreenTech Horizons project delivers transformative results by modernizing education, enhancing digital and green competencies, and strengthening collaboration between academia and industry. The Competency-Oriented Curriculum Model updates university programs, while the eLearning Platform provides open-access courses and MOOCs for flexible learning. Eight fully equipped laboratories enable hands-on training, and three retraining workshops support educators in adopting innovative teaching methods. Strong industry collaboration ensures that graduates acquire practical, job-ready skills, preparing them for the evolving labor market and the challenges of a sustainable, technology-driven future.
