Work Packages

The GreenTech Horizons project is structured into six Work Packages (WPs) to ensure smooth implementation, quality control, and effective dissemination of results. Each WP plays a crucial role in achieving the project’s goal of fostering green and digital skills through an innovative learning ecosystem.

 

Project Management

This WP ensures the effective coordination of all project activities, financial management, and communication among partners. It oversees project milestones, reporting, and compliance with Erasmus+ guidelines, ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple countries.

 

Stakeholder Engagement, Needs Analysis, and SPM² Guide Preparation

15 study programs revised to integrate green, digital, and business skills.
32 courses updated and piloted across participating higher education institutions.
10 e-textbooks and 10 teaching sets created, including lectures, presentations, and practical materials.
10 video lectures produced to support digital learning.

Curriculum Development and Digital Resource Hub

10 MOOCs developed and available via the eLearning platform.
1 eLearning platform established to host Open Educational Resources (OER) and course materials.
3 virtual shared labs hosted on the eLearning platform.
8 fully equipped laboratories set up at partner universities.

Micro-Credential Framework Development and Pilot

700+ students enrolled in pilot programs, with a 30% increase in completion rates.
400+ learners completed MOOCs within the eLearning ecosystem.

Dissemination, Knowledge Sharing, and Exploitation

72 teaching staff retrained, with at least 90% reporting increased confidence in teaching green and digital skills.
3 teacher retraining workshops conducted across partner institutions.
